Worst Airline Executive and Manager Encountered Comments

Share with us: Your Experience with the Worst Airline Executive/Manager

He is, in your opinion, the worst airline executive; a bad leader in your organization. You do not consider him/her a leader. She is your manager. But, in your opinion, should not be working where she is right now - as your manager, the undesirable, making you feel sick every time you see him/her. She has nothing positive to say about you. She/he is too critical. But, you cannot tell her, or anymore for fear of retaliation. You do not want to be identified that the comments come from you - while, of course, you are still working there.

Now is the time for you to get your feelings and opinions out in the open. Comment about these high-paying people who you think do not deserve it.

Like in other businesses, airlines have them. You met them. You meet them everyday. You work with them. They do not have the "its" but they are still there...getting paid more than you do. You see them everyday but they do not even acknowledge you. You try to talk to them - they pretend that they do not hear you.

Comment on these people. Please tell us why. What did he/she did or did not do, or not doing to make your working life better? Let this pages be your sounding board. Hey, you need to talk to someone about these people - otherwise you will go crazy.

These people should know that in your opinion they are the worst that you have met. I believe in constructive criticism - go ahead.

Share....put them all here.

SUCCESS

by Emily Dickinson (1830-1886)

Emily Dickinson published this poem in the book "A Masque of Poets" at the request of "H.H." who is not identified except as the authori's fellow- townswoman and friend.

Success is counted sweetest
By those who ne'er succeed.
To comprehend a nectar
Requires sorest need.

Not one of all the purple host
Whose took the flag today
Can tell the definiton
So clear, of victory.

As he, defeated, dying,
On whose forbidden ear
The distant strains of triumph
Break, agonized and clear!
